It’s a big, scary technological world out there, so we’re taking things one step at a time!
You’re almost done…
A few more weeks, a few more exams, then the fun starts – Graduation, summer, and best of all Prom!
The skies were gray, but I think we did a pretty good job at brightening up the view this morning!
We’re already known as the company with the red double-deckers, now we’ve added some more buses to our impressive 73-bus fleet: 8 pink antique double-deckers!

Hey fellow Maritimers: did you love that glimpse of spring we got last week as much as I did? (For those not as lucky as we were, temperatures hit 17°C last Saturday here in Halifax!)
Even though it was short lived, and I had to dig out my freshly packed-away winter jacket to get to work this morning, it was still nice to be reminded that Spring is just around the corner!
For me, the first sign of Spring has always been the tulips. I had a little tulip garden in our backyard growing up and when the first bud peeked up through the dirt, I knew that sunshine and warm weather were soon to follow!
This year, Ambassatours is offering a tour for my fellow tulip-lovers (and anyone else who wants to celebrate Spring by getting away for a little vacation) to Ottawa for the world-famous Canadian Tulip Festival in May!
Did you know that the Canadian Tulip Festival is a celebration of Canada’s role in freeing the Dutch people during World War II? The celebration symbolizes the gift of 100,000 tulip bulbs presented to Ottawa by the Netherlands in 1945. Now, at the festival, you can see over 3 million tulips of all different colors!
Our tour will allow you to spend two full days in Ottawa during the festival before traveling to both Montreal and Quebec City – and as much as I love Quebec City in the winter, it’s just as beautiful and lively in the Spring!
As an added bonus, the first 20 people to book will receive $50 per person off their tour – don’t miss out on this opportunity!
As always, you can visit our website for detailed information on the tour: Springtime in Ottawa & Quebec City
Here at Ambassatours, we wouldn’t consider ourselves overly superstitious; however, we can’t help but feel at least partially responsible for Canada’s outstanding performances in the recent Olympics…
Greetings from what seems like the capital of ice sculptures!
That’s right, Quebec City in the middle of their world-famous Carnaval de Quebec!
Is your everyday stress getting to the point where even a bubble bath and a glass of wine won’t help? Maybe it’s time for you to take a staycation!
Taking the world by storm, the staycation has become a global phenomena in today’s economy. It simply involves taking a vacation at home, or around your local area!

“If I can make it there,
I’ll make it anywhere,
It’s up to you,
New York, New York!”
It’s up to you…
That’s what this tour is all about. We provide you with transportation to and from New York City, 6 nights accommodation (4 nights in the heart of Manhattan) and a wonderful guided tour of the Big Apple to get your bearings. The rest, as Mr. Sinatra sings, is up to you. Read the rest of this entry »
