Depart Reynoldsburg for Louisville today. Visit the Kentucky Derby Museum where you will learn of the "Run for the Roses". The museum will bring to life the excitement of this world-famous Derby and you will have a guided tour of Churchill Downs before checking into your hotel. (CB)
Arrive in Nashville today and check into your downtown accommodations for a three night stay. Relax this evening over a delicious group dinner. (CB, D)
Start your day with a city tour of the Country Music Capital including a visit to the Ryman Auditorium. Known as "Carnegie Hall of the South", it embodies country music heritage. Next, kick up a good time as you arrive at the world famous Wildhorse Saloon and enjoy their lunch buffet. The rest of the afternoon is free to explore Nashville at your leisure. After dinner this evening, depart for the Grand Ole Opry. Dedicated to honoring country music's rich history and dynamic present, the Grand Ole Opry showcases a mix of country legends and the contemporary chart-toppers who have followed in their footsteps. After breakfast, enjoy a visit to the Country Music Hall of Fame & Museum. Enjoy lunch on your own and return to your hotel to freshen up for the night to end all nights as the countdown begins to Country Music's biggest night, the CMA Awards! Cruise aboard a Nashville Riverboat, enjoying on board entertainment and a sumptuous dinner as you travel down the Cumberland River to Riverfront Park. You will feel like a star as you are transferred from downtown Nashville to the Bridgestone Arena to experience the fabulous 46th Annual CMA Awards live in person! (B, D)
Depart Nashville for Gatlinburg and check in to your hotel. Visit Ripley's Aquarium of the Smokies, home to over 10,000 exotic sea creatures comprising more than 350 individual species including sharks, stingrays and penguins. Later, savour a delicous meal at the Applewood Farmhouse Restaurant. After dinner, enjoy a Winterfest Light Tour of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. (B, D)
This morning tour the Great Smoky Mountains National Park. After lunch and some free time for shopping, arrive at Dollywood where the Smoky Mountain Christmas Festival will be in full swing. Four million lights drape the park in holiday splendor, casting a warm glow that sets the scene for a winter wonderland like no other! Enjoy a buffet dinner at the on site Country Christmas Pavilion. Payment
A non-refundable $200 deposit per person is payable upon booking with the remaining balance due 45 days prior to departure.
Cancellation Terms
In the event of cancellation, the following penalties will apply:
- Between 45 and 31 days prior to departure: 50% of the total tour price will be retained.
- Between 30 days to day of departure and after departure: 100% of the total tour price will be retained.
Cancellation Insurance is available and strongly recommended.
Itinerary Variations
If unforeseen circumstances beyond our control necessitate changes, we reserve the right to vary itineraries/accommodations and substitute the best alternative available.
