DAY 1: June 17, 2026
Halifax NS to St. Andrews NB
Your journey to experience New Brunswick’s Coastal Gems begins upon meeting your Atlantic Tours Tour Director, driver and fellow travelling companions. This afternoon, arrive at the charming Algonquin Resort in St. Andrews, your home for the next three nights. Discover first-hand why the resort has been delighting visitors in its current iteration since 1915. Relax, wander the grounds or take a short walk into town. The choice is yours! (Dinner)
The Algonquin Resort offers a wide variety of activities and services that are available to all guests including: hotel shuttle service (within town limits); daily ghost tours; daily movies with popcorn; daily standard bike rental; and daily outdoor games & activities. Other activities, like golf or the spa, are available for an additional fee.
DAY 2: June 18, 2026
Day Trip to Grand Manan Island
Today’s adventure takes you to the picturesque island of Grand Manan. Escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life as you marvel at the area’s scenic beauty. From the observation area, see Swallowtail Lightstation, still an active aid to navigation and one of the most photographed lighthouses in New Brunswick. Visit the Grand Manan Museum to learn about the island’s rich natural and human history through its various displays. Discover for yourself why Grand Manan is such a special place. (Breakfast, Lunch)
DAY 3: June 19, 2026
Kingsbrae Garden
Enjoy a visit to the beautiful and award-winning Kingsbrae Garden, a 27-acre horticultural masterpiece, offering vibrant displays of over 50,000 plants set against a coastal backdrop. Explore its themed gardens and serene walking trails. For art enthusiasts, see the site’s impressive sculptures or visit the art gallery. You may even see an alpaca or two! Kingsbrae Garden is perfect for nature lovers and garden enthusiasts alike. Afterwards, the remainder of the day is at your leisure to relax or further explore all St. Andrews has to offer. DAY 4: June 20, 2026
Homeward Bound!
Today’s return trip to Halifax takes you along the Bay of Fundy, home of the world’s highest tides. Drive through Fundy National Park with its pristine Acadian forest and rolling hills. Stop at Cape Enrage, offering some of the most spectacular views of the Bay of Fundy from its towering cliffs. The lighthouse was established in 1838 and the light and foghorn are still in operation today. The remainder of the day sees you travelling through northern Nova Scotia, back to Halifax, having enjoyed New Brunswick’s Coastal Gems. (Breakfast, Lunch)

Travelling with Atlantic Tours requires a certain level of activity and physical fitness to enjoy and take part in the tour.
While the specific requirements for each tour vary, in general, you must be able to:
- Enter and exit the motorcoach on your own.
- Climb stairs with ease and at times without handrails.
- Walk up and down moderate to steep inclines.
- Walk on uneven surfaces.
- Walk distances of at least 1km at a reasonable pace.
- Walk and stand for up to 2 hours.
- Manage your own luggage if luggage handling is not available.
